you know, secretary hagel has an opportunity to put a human face on the department of defense and on our troops in combat. he's an example of someone who understands the human cost of war, himself. but i think we're still paying for the costs of war of vietnam. i'm in washington this week with veterans from all across the country who are advocating for reform at the v.a. there are about 900,000 folks, disability claims, waiting at the v.a. to be processed. many of those are vietnam veterans....
